Job opportunities: The ICCIUK is currently recruiting interpreters / hostesses

The ICCIUK is currently recruiting interpreters/hostesses for Vinoteca, a trade only event dedicated to the promotion of Italian wines in the UK. The event will be held on the 18th February (11:00 – 17:30) at the Ironmongers’ Hall in Shaftesbury Pl, London EC2Y 8AA (close to Barbican). There will be approximately 40 producers and 250 UK wine professionals in attendance.

In this role you will be required to assist the exhibitors in the presentation of their products to the UK visitors, and in the maintenance of their stands. You should be very customer focused, and have a firm understanding of how a top class event should operate.

Ideal candidates should have previous experience as interpreters/hostesses, and should be fluent in both English and Italian, as they will have the technical terminology in both languages. Additionally, they should be passionte about Italian wines and have a hard working ethic and positive attitude.
