Networking: Annual general meeting of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK

Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY FOR THE UK will be held at Intesa Sanpaolo, 90 Queen Street, London EC4N 1SA on 5th June 2015 at 11:50 am (first notice) or 12:00 (second notice).

for the following purposes:

The approval and passing of the 2014 Accounts of the Chamber, consideration of the report of Auditors thereon, and Report of the Chamber’s proceedings submitted by the Council;
The programme for the year 2015 along with 2014 activities submitted by the Council;
The election, re-election and resignation of the Members of the Council;
The appointment of Auditors and two Honorary Auditors;
Any other business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting.

The relevant documents will be available at the meeting place or mailed on request.

We are pleased to inform you that H.E. Ambassador Pasquale Terracciano will attend the meeting. A short presentation will be made by Marcello Zanardo, Senior Adviser, Keefe Bruyette & Woods.
