CULTURE: “Felice chi e' diverso” (Happy To Be Different)

Recently shown at the Berlin Film Festival, this film explores the subject of sexual diversity. Starting from the relationship between society and homosexuals at the turn of the century, Amelio celebrates absolute diversity through a series of 20 interviews:19 of these with elderly people retelling their personal stories and a final interview with a teenager from the 21st century, unaware of the trials of the past.
